What are dialogues?
Dialogues are a tool that allows the definition of a conversation pattern for various situations on which the AI chatbot can base its interactions. This enables us to limit unwanted AI behavior while simultaneously improving overall customer satisfaction with chatbot interactions.
However, the real revolution is the combination of these conversational patterns with the user's actions on the site. What does this mean?
Our chatbot monitors various user behaviors, such as whether it's their first visit to the site, what subpage they are on, whether they have something in their cart, and many other actions. Importantly, this data is stored locally in the user's browser and is not collected by us.
