Dialogues

User Actions

A description of user activities monitored by the chatbot, which helps analyze and better understand interactions with the site. This allows the chatbot to adjust its actions to enhance the user experience.

Leaving the Site

We monitor when a user leaves the site for more than 5 seconds. This situation is recorded only once during a single session, meaning it will not trigger every time the user leaves the page within the same session.

Adding to Cart

We record each time a user adds a new item to the cart. This allows us to track interest in specific products and adjust subsequent messages accordingly.

Removing from Cart

Each time a product is removed from the cart, it is monitored. Such an action may indicate user hesitation and could serve as a signal to provide additional information or incentives.

First Visit

When a user visits your site for the first time, it is recorded from the moment the chatbot is implemented. This allows for tracking new users and tailoring welcome messages and offers to their needs.

First Visit after 2 Weeks

If a user returns to your site after a break of at least two weeks, it is recorded as a special event. This may signal the need to remind them of new products, promotions, or other offers to re-engage the user.

First Visit after 2 Weeks with Abandoned Cart

If a user returns to the site after at least two weeks and had previously left products in the cart, the chatbot monitors this. It's an excellent opportunity to remind them of the abandoned products and encourage them to complete their purchase by offering a discount or free shipping, for example.
