Limits

Messages

This limit refers to the number of AI-generated messages available to the user in each plan. It means that messages from the Bot that come from Custom Answers are not counted towards this limit.

Characters

This limit defines the number of characters you can add to the Bot's knowledge base each month. For example, if you add a file containing 1000 words, then delete it and add another file with 2000 words, you will have used 3000 characters from your limit. In the basic plan, this limit is 3,000,000 characters, which should be sufficient for most users.
